I'm thrilled to announce our first 2022 MY HAND IN YOURS partnership and product!

Introducing the MY HAND IN YOURS "HAND" towel for your guests from Chiarastella Cattana. She is a fabric designer based in Venice, Italy. When I was there receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Venice Film Festival this last year, I was gifted these hand towels from a dear friend. I immediately called Chiarastella and told her about my company and mission and she wholeheartedly and enthusiastically agreed to partner with me and allow me to offer these exquisite and elegant guest towels on our store.

The crêpe is a pure linen fabric which, thanks to the particular slightly grainy texture, has a high absorbency that makes it particularly suitable for towels.

The fabric and the color are inspired by the time capsule bathrooms at Casa Corbellini Wasserman in Milan, now Massimo De Carlo Art Gallery while the design of this embroidery was originally made for the pop-up event “EAT SEE TOUCH Venice”, host at Arts&Science Aoyama store in Tokyo. These beautiful towels make not only a gorgeous presentation for your own bathroom but also are a beautiful, useful gift. Thank you Chiarastella for your confidence and collaboration.

About Us

Chiarastella Cattana is a fabric designer based in Venice, Italy. Her work weaves traditional craftsmanship together with contemporary colours and patterns. By mixing different threads, she is able to give her creations a life and texture that are her signature.

Her career began in Milan, at a time when Made in Italy was stressing the importance of product quality. Through the experience in fashion, her knowledge of fabrics became the rule, and made her passion grow stronger.

The encounter with a South Tyrolean weaving factory allowed her to develop her own concept, tied to the extraordinary potential of local craft. The result is a collection of exquisite home textiles, designed to celebrate any moment with elegance.
